Help me

Ive already purchased this app on my iPhone 5.. But when I changed my device into iPhone 5s, the app wont let me to unlock it. It dont have the option to unlock the buy items if you already purchased them. It keep asking me to buy again.. So Im like ??????
Please help me because I love this app. I would give 5 stars if you can fix this.
